“Story of a dish” is about chef Martin O’ Donnell ‘s creativity, which i had the pleasure of capturing. This story takes place in Bearna, a village located in Galway, Ireland. Martin and his dog walk every day, early in the morning, on the beach of Bearna and pick seaweed and seaherbs.

He produces art through everything he finds and turns it into a dish, later the same day, at West restaurant located in The Twelve Hotel.

This is a story about one of those dishes.
