I’m Giorgos Zondanos, a hotel and hospitality photographer, born and raised on the island of Thassos in northern Greece.
My professional journey began in 2005 in Thessaloniki, where I moved to pursue my studies. During my early years, I explored various fields of photography, but hospitality photography was where everything aligned. Since 2013, I have been working as a specialized hotel photographer, focusing exclusively on hotels, resorts, villas, and hospitality brands.
I collaborate with properties that understand the importance of strong visual identity — imagery that goes beyond architecture and highlights atmosphere, design, service, and the overall guest experience. My approach is rooted in storytelling, precision, and a clear understanding of how photography supports branding, marketing strategies, and direct bookings.
What I value most about my work is that every project is unique. Each location becomes a new “office,” offering the opportunity to experience different spaces, cultures, and people within the hospitality industry.
I am based in Athens and have worked on hotel and hospitality projects throughout Greece, as well as on selected assignments across Europe.
I believe that hotel photography is no longer purely architectural — it is a strategic visual tool that communicates experience, emotion, and lifestyle.
