I’m Giorgos Zondanos, a hospitality photographer based in Athens, Greece, with 15 years of experience and more than 200 hotels, resorts, villas and hospitality properties photographed across Greece and Europe.
Born and raised on the island of Thassos, I moved to Thessaloniki in 2005, where my photography journey began. I soon found my focus in hospitality, drawn to the way architecture, people and atmosphere come together. For the past 15 years, I have dedicated my work exclusively to this field.
My work has taken me across Greece and Europe, resorts in Norway & Finland, boutique hotel in Ireland, hotels & restaurants in Germany and Switzerland, with collaborations including IHG, Hyatt and Sotheby’s, as well as features and publications including Vogue, Condé Nast, VICE, LiFO, Travel Daily News and Ili & Ktiriο Hotels Edition.
Based in Athens and working across Greece and Europe, I bring together a refined visual approach and a deep understanding of how a property needs to be seen. From architecture and interiors to lifestyle, gastronomy and the human element, the aim is always the same: to create imagery that not only represents a place, but defines how it is perceived, remembered and ultimately experienced.
Because great hospitality photography is not simply about showing where a guest can stay. It is about making them want to be there.
